Your First Visit: How It Works
Booking your first experience is a simple, straightforward process. Our team of “real golfers” is ready to help you get set up.
- Call to Book Give our pro shop a call at 309-685-4653. Let us know what you'd like to do (play a round, practice, host a party) and how many people are in your group. We'll answer any questions and find the best available time for you.
- Get Your Confirmation We'll gather your info and send you an email confirmation with your date and time. It's that easy. (While we work on launching our online booking system, our team is ready to assist you by phone.)
- Arrive & Play When you arrive for your scheduled time, our staff will get you checked in and complete any final payments. We'll personally walk you through the simulator, show you how to get started, add players, or choose your practice mode. We're always available to help.

Do I need to be a "good" golfer to use the simulators?
Absolutely not. Our facility is designed for everyone, from first-time beginners to experienced players. The simulators are a fun, low-pressure way to learn the game, and our staff is here to help you get started.
How long does it take to play 18 holes?
It varies by skill level, but a good rule of thumb is one hour per person.
- 1 person = approx. 1 hour
- 2 people = approx. 2 hours
- 3 people = approx. 3 hours
- 4 people = approx. 4 hours
If your group is new to simulators, you may want to add a little extra time.
Can I bring my own clubs and golf balls?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your own clubs! We just ask that your club faces are clean and in good condition to protect our screens. You can also use your own clean golf balls – using the same ball you play on the course is a great way to get accurate data.
What kind of shoes should I wear?
Please bring a clean pair of golf shoes (soft spikes only) or running/athletic shoes. We want to keep the turf clean for all our guests.
Do I need to book ahead, or can I walk in?
While you are welcome to walk in and see if a bay is open, we highly recommend booking ahead by phone. This guarantees your spot, especially during winter months or on rainy days when demand is high.
